How to Deal with Invalid Orders?

Many customers find that their store orders fail to be synced to Orders but to Invalid Orders. The reason should be product connection between your store and our platform, so you need to re-connect the products in your orders to process them.

Here we have a detailed introduction about the steps.

1. Imported Orders > Invalid Orders > Click the red icon to reconnect it (or you can click the "Connect" to enter the reconnection page).

2. Search the product both in your store and on our platform.

3. Select the product > Connect.

4. Update the order > Check it in Orders.


1. Imported Orders > Invalid Orders > Click the red icon;


2. Connect the products both in your store and on our platform;

The product of your store will show up on the page after you clicked the red icon.

Note: If you enter the page by clicking "Connect", you would need to enter the title of your store product to search it.

As for the product on our platform, here are three ways for you to search.

a. Match by product title.

b. Enter product SKU in the search bar.

c. Click Search IMG


3. Select the product > Connect;

1. Click the store product to select it.

2. Please select the corresponding variants in Your Store Product and CJ Product.

Note: Don’t forget to select the Shipping From and Shipping Method. Then click Confirm.



4. Update the order > Check it in Orders.

Select the orders and click Bulk Update to Orders to refresh the order to Imported Orders. Then you can add to the cart to pay.
