  • 11、How long is the delivery time and how to calculate the shipping price?

    The shipping cost is depending on the weight and attributes of the products, and the shipping time is depending on the destination countries and shipping methods.
    We have a tool for you to calculate the estimated shipping time and cost. Please make sure you have an account on CJ. You can count them here.

  • 12、Why have I not received any tracking information or confirmation email?

    The order number of a bulk purchase order begins with 'ZF', and there will be no confirmation email for a bulk purchase order, Excel/CSV orders, or manually created orders. Emails with tracking information will be sent to your customers if the order is a dropshipping order.

  • 13、How to import Excel/CSV or created order's tracking numbers to Shopify store by bulk?

    After Exporting Tracking Numbers from CJ APP, You will need to import tracking numbers to your Shopify store by Using MassFulfill to do that. You can search in the Shopify APP store.  

  • 14、The difference between CJPacket Ordinary and CJPacket Sensitive.

    The only difference is about the product attribute that they can ship. We have made a table about it. 

    CJPacket Ordinary can ship the products with attributes of ordinary.

    CJPacket Sensitive can ship the products with special attributes like 'Electronic', 'Battery contains', 'Magnetic contains', etc.

  • 15、How to change the courier at 17track.net?

    If you don't want your customer to see any product cost or other dropshipping information, we recommend you to track with cjpacket.com. Also, you can add a tracking page to your Shopify store with Comeorders or Aftership.

    You can check the ETA on the product page upon the selected shipping method.

    We have prepared some products in CJ global warehouses. For them, CJ offers free shipping and local shipping labels, including home&garden, health care, consumer electronics, straight&curly hair picks, and cloths&bags.

  • 18、Why can't I select the shipping method?

    1. It's overweight; 

    2. The product attribute is not allowed;

    3. The unit price of a product exceeds $50;

    4. The destination can't be reached.

  • 19、What's the difference between CJPacket Ordinary and USPS?

    The local courier of CJPacket Ordinary/Sensitive and USPS is USPS.

    If you select USPS, it will have no Chinese information on the package but the tracking will only update after we ship it from the US warehouse. With CJPacket, you will have full tracking info after the package is dispatched.

  • 20、How to change the tracking URL in my orders?

    The tracking URL with tracking numbers synced to your store is cjpacket.com or 17track.net. But CJ provides another option to change the tracking URL in the order details and shipping confirmation emails.

    1. Go to My CJ > Authorization > Tracking URL, you will see the default link;

    2. Choose anyone or add your own tracking link. 

    Note: If you add your own link or a 3rd party tracking link, the tracking numbers may not be inserted with the link.
