  • 101、How much do you charge?

    Basically, we don't charge any fees for using our platform, including store authorization, product listing, or order synchronization. For other add-on services, we will charge fees accordingly. Here is a list of fees that we charge and don't.

  • 102、How to make CJ become my supplier?

    1. Go to Authorization and create a connection between your store and CJ.

    2. List products from CJ to your store or connect your store products with CJ's.

    3. Go to Imported Orders and sync orders from your store and pay, then we will fulfill them for you.

  • 103、How to use CJ's Print on Demand service?

    There are two different ways to use our POD service:

    1. Allow your customers to design the POD products. Please find POD products first, and click the button List to post the product to your store. 

    Note: only Shopify stores are available to the above function.

    2. Design the products yourself: go to My CJ > Print on Demand and click Design and save it. Then, find it in Design Myself
     and list it.

  • 105、Why did I only receive a refund for shipping but not for the product?

    There are two possible reasons:

    1. You've deducted your product inventory in the order. If so, the product fee will not be refunded and will be returned to your private inventory automatically. 

    2. The product is returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery to you.

    CJ is curently compatible with Shopify /eBay /WooCommerce /Etsy /Squarespace /ShopLazza /ShipStation /Magento/PrestaShop/Wix/Bigcommcerce/API (for personal websites). 

  • 107、How can I post a sourcing request?

    Go to Sourcing > Post Sourcing Request > Select Individual Product/Store Existing Products.

    Fill in the required information, please be reminded that the target price is the price you are willing to pay - your product cost.

  • 109、Can I resell your products in my store?

    Yes.

    1. You could list them to your store
     and your orders can be synced to CJ for fulfillment.

    2. If you don't have a store, you could also download the product images and place orders in CJ directly.

    If CJ fails to meet your requirements about product variety, you could submit a sourcing request to us, and we'll source the product for you within 48 hours.

  • 110、How to connect my WooCommerce store to CJ?

    To connect your WooCommerce store, please go to the Dashboard of your store and click Woocommerce - Setting - Advanced - Rest API - Add Key to fill in the information on the CJ authorization page.
