From the feedback received from our customers, a great many are concerned about the shipping status of their orders as many tracking websites will not show the logistics details due to the shipping delays wrought partially by the pandemic. In response, the new feature, Orders Tracking by which you can track your order status with ease on CJ and Shipping Analysis allows you check the shipping status of all your orders at any time.

Orders Tracking

In Orders > Orders Tracking, you will find the shipping status of all your orders.

You can click 'View Details' to see more information about orders placed in a single day, including the specific tracking information of your orders.

Shipping Analysis

In My CJ > Dashboard,  Shipping Analysis help you master how the shipping method perform and the average delivery time.

Note:

An explanation for all shipping status.

Dispatched: Packages dispatched from warehouses.

En Route: Packages arrived at the international transportation center, exporting airport, handed to carrier, arrived at the destination country, and so forth.

Arrived: Custom clearance in progress, custom clearance completed, packages arrived at the local sorting center, delivery scheduled, and so forth.

Out for Delivery: Local delivery in progress.

Available for Pickup: Packages arrived at the pickup spot.

Unsuccessful Delivery: First delivery attempt failed, the common cause of which is a wrong phone number, wrong door number, no recipient, and so forth. Please pay attention to our news and contact your agent in time as some of the shipping methods you select have a redelivery service, during which you should pay the redelivery fee.

Delivered: Packages delivered to the recipient.
