How to Connect a CJ Warehouse for Your Temu Store?
Running a Temu store successfully requires meeting Temu’s strict fulfillment time requirements.
This tutorial will guide you through the process of connecting a CJ warehouse to your Temu store so that your inventory and orders can sync correctly and your listings meet Temu’s standards.
*Currently, only the U.S. warehouses (U.S. region) are available for the Temu store connection in CJ.
Step 1: Set the Warehouse Address in Your Temu Store (U.S. Region)
Note: CJ does not verify the address contact details. You may enter the information as per Temu’s requirements.
It’s recommended to provide complete details to meet Temu’s listing standards.

Step 2: Connect the Warehouse in CJ Inventory Sync Settings
*Warning: If the warehouse connection is incorrect, your inventory data may become inconsistent between CJ and Temu.
Step 3: Configure Inventory Sync Rules
Temu requires that the listed SKU inventory quantity must be greater than 2.
If the inventory quantity for your chosen stock type is less than 2, your listing will fail.

Example: If you choose Private Inventory but only have 1 unit in stock, the listing will fail.
Error message: "Inventory check failed: At least one SKU must have an inventory greater than 2."
*Note: Currently, "Do Not Sync" inventory settings are not supported for Temu stores.
