  • 1、What is the packaging like for each order?

    Normally, we pack products into envelope bags containing air bulbs. We also use paper boxes or cartoons for some special products. 

    Customized packing is available for your own design. For more details, please check the tutorial. 

  • 2、How can I list all CJ products to my store or by bulk?

     You can list products in bulk to the Shopify store. We recommend you to bulk list according to the category.  But the bulk listing feature is only available for the Shopify store for now.

  • 3、What's the difference among 'source', 'list', and 'connect'?

    List means products are prepared with details, like prices, shipping methods, etc. They can be listed to your store with a click.

    Source refers to products from our cooperated factory. They do not have details, such as inventory, size, variants, weight, etc. We need to contact partners for them, then products will be updated to "Listable products".
    Connect means the match between products in your store and the ones on our platform.

  • 4、Do you provide custom packaging services?

    Yes, custom packaging is available at CJ. We can put custom cards in addition to custom packaging. If you are interested, you can go to My CJ > Custom Packaging to choose and design your own packaging. Find more details here.

  • 5、How can I post more sourcing requests?

    Our system will automatically increase your sourcing request quantity if you keep placing orders to CJ.
    For user LV1: 5 sourcing requests available daily.
    For user LV2: 10 sourcing requests available daily.
    For user LV3: 20 sourcing requests available daily.
    For user LV4: 50 sourcing requests available daily.
    For user LV5: unlimited sourcing requests available daily.
    For VIP users: unlimited sourcing requests available daily.
    You can also purchase our paid plan for increasing the quantity.

  • 6、How to list a variant before listing to Shopify?

    There are two methods:

    1. Choose one variant and click "Edit before Listing". The variant can be imported to your store as a product;

    2. List all of the variants together then copy the product in your Shopify store as many times as you need. Then just delete unnecessary variants out of each listing.

  • 7、What's new about products in CJ now?

  • 8、When will my private inventory be available?

    It depends on which warehouse you choose to stock and if the factory has enough inventory.

    For China warehouses, the average time is about 3-5 days.

    For overseas warehouses, the average time is about 20 days.

  • 9、How to switch to Taobao China when I click "Source More" on CJ?

    When you click "Source More" to enter Taobao, you will usually be directed to world.taobao.com. In this case, you can switch to Taobao China where more products are available on the top left corner.  

  • 10、Some of the variants are missing even I have provided the link of the product for the sourcing request.

    You can submit a ticket, contact our customer support(support@cjdropshipping.com), or consult an online agent in the chatroom, and your request will be forwarded to the sourcing team and shall be handled within 2 working days. 

    The product will be updated if the variants are available.
