  • 1、How to list or post products to my store or website?

    If you have authorized your store to our APP, you can list products on your store directly. Click the "list" button on the product page and don't forget to set the price. 

    You can also check "Edit Before Listing" to list part variants. For more details, please check the tutorial.

  • 2、How can I list all CJ products to my store or by bulk?

     You can list products in bulk to the Shopify store. We recommend you to bulk list according to the category.  But the bulk listing feature is only available for the Shopify store for now.

  • 3、How can I import products from Aliexpress or other platforms?

    If the product exists in CJ, you just need to connect the products from your store with CJ's. 

    If the products don't exist in CJ, you need to post a sourcing request for the products and connect or list the products to your store. 

    After it, the connection will be set up and orders will automatically come to CJ system. 

  • 4、What's the difference among 'source', 'list', and 'connect'?

    List means products are prepared with details, like prices, shipping methods, etc. They can be listed to your store with a click.

    Source refers to products from our cooperated factory. They do not have details, such as inventory, size, variants, weight, etc. We need to contact partners for them, then products will be updated to "Listable products".
    Connect means the match between products in your store and the ones on our platform.

  • 5、Can I import CJ products to my store?

    Currently, we have integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Bigcommerce, Wix, PrestaShop, ShopLazza, Magento, AllValue, and Shipstation. If your store is one of them and authorized to CJ, you can LIST products to your store easily.

    If you don't have one of the stores mentioned above, you can also save the product images and upload them to your store and then place manual or Excel orders to us.

  • 6、What is the current hot-selling, winning, trending products?

    You can install the CJ Dropshipping APP on your mobile device. Please search CJ Dropshipping on APPLE STORE, GOOGLE PLAY, or other Andriod APP STORE. We will notify you through the mobile device every working day.

  • 8、How can I list all the CJ products to my store?

    You can use our bulk listing feature. Simply, "Add to Queue" first. Yet we'd highly recommend our Affiliate project where you can sell all of CJ products.

  • 9、How to list a variant before listing to Shopify?

    There are two methods:

    1. Choose one variant and click "Edit before Listing". The variant can be imported to your store as a product;

    2. List all of the variants together then copy the product in your Shopify store as many times as you need. Then just delete unnecessary variants out of each listing.

  • 10、What if I accidentally deleted a product in my store?

    1. Find the tutorial here:listed product on CJ

    2. Delete it from the 'Listed' category;

    3. List again.
