  • 1、What is the packaging like for each order?

    Normally, we pack products into envelope bags containing air bulbs. We also use paper boxes or cartoons for some special products. 

    Customized packing is available for your own design. For more details, please check the tutorial

  • 2、How to let my customer know the product is mine?

    You can put the logo on the package and product, which helps to distinguish your product from others. POD service can help put the logo on the product, and the custom package service also has the same effect. 

  • 3、Can your packages not show Chinese information, "Made in China", or "Ship from China'?

    There's only one way to avoid the Chinese information on the packages -- shipping from our overseas warehouses (US warehouses, Poland warehouse). Any packages shipped from China need to show origin place on custom labels during custom clearance.

  • 4、Can I add my logo to products and packaging?

    You can design your personalized product using our design tools- laser color printing and Laser Engraving. Most importantly, no minimum order requirements--you can order even one product. Know more related information about adding your logo on products.   

  • 5、How many kinds of customized packaging CJ has?

    You can learn it on My CJ—Customized Package.
    1. Pre-Designed Packaging: Packages with the icon (pencil and ruler) can be designed; packages without that icon can be purchased directly.
    2. My Custom Packaging: Your design will be displayed here after added texts and logos on packages. 
    You can contact your agent or our customized package agent to check if there are more packages you want.

  • 6、Do you provide custom packaging services?

    Yes, custom packaging is available at CJ. We can put custom cards in addition to custom packaging. If you are interested, you can go to My CJ > Custom Packaging to choose and design your own packaging. Find more details here.

  • 7、Can I get a sample of custom packaging

    There are two ways to get a sample:

    1. Contact your agent to get the quotation > pay for the package > Wait for the arrival and printing > Your agent sends you the picture;

    2. Design the package > Purchase the package > Package connection > Wait for the package to arrive at our warehouses > Add the order into the cart and pay for the order.

  • 8、What's the quotation for custom packaging?

    The quotations for the existing packages can be found on the custom packaging page. Please be reminded that the printing cost is included in the price.
    If you want to place a bulk order for packages or check the real picture, please contact your agent or our customer support.

  • 9、We are a dropshipping company from Spain, how can we work with CJ?

    CJ can sync and fulfill the orders from your store automatically, including packaging and dropshipping to your customers. 

    Just sign in your CJ account and verify your email address.

  • 10、What is the inventory level and how often do you replenish?

    You can find the inventory status on the product page. 

    Available CJ inventory suggests that the item can be dispatched from our warehouse right away after you make the payment, whereas 0 CJ inventory means that we’ll wait for the item to arrive from the supplier, before it can go through packaging and quality inspection, which might take approximately 3 days, in most cases. 

    In other words, sufficient CJ inventory means better time efficiency.
