List means products are prepared with details, like prices, shipping methods, etc. They can be listed to your store with a click.

Source refers to products from our cooperated factory. They do not have details, such as inventory, size, variants, weight, etc. We need to contact partners for them, then products will be updated to "Listable products".
Connect means the match between products in your store and the ones on our platform.

There are major three free and popular websites that we would like to recommend to you.

Websites like Spocket, Salehoo, and Inventory Source are also popular but need to pay for use. For more details, please check here.

It depends on which warehouse you choose to stock and if the factory has enough inventory.

For China warehouses, the average time is about 3-5 days.

For overseas warehouses, the average time is about 20 days.

Available CJ inventory suggests that the item can be dispatched from our warehouse right away after you make the payment, whereas 0 CJ inventory means that we’ll wait for the item to arrive from the supplier, before it can go through packaging and quality inspection, which might take approximately 3 days, in most cases. 

In other words, sufficient CJ inventory means better time efficiency. 

First, please make sure the "Inventory Sync" in My CJ > Authorization is enabled. Then, there are two methods when the inventory is still not tracked.

1. On Shopify: Click "Edit Variants > Inventory > Inventory managed by", and choose "cjdropshipping" as the inventory manager. Don't forget to tick "Track Quantity" and save!
2. On CJ: Go to Products > Connection, select all the variants and click "Yes" for "CJ Fulfillment > Inventory Managed by CJ".

Inventory Alert is used to make sure that you can replenish your inventory in time before there are not enough products in stock.

When private inventory is lower than the set safety value, the Inventory Alert will notify you about this.

There are two ways to set safety stock: by current inventory and by remaining days.

By current inventory: we will alert you as the inventory of your products is no more than the value you filled in.

By remaining days: we will remind you when the available days of inventory are less than one purchase cycle.
