First of all, everything shipping from one country to another country has to declare the value.

Every country has different taxing standards. The price of the package is lower than the real price in order to avoid the tax effectively. For example, the price of the Customs Declaration showed above is $2.10, but it is far lower than the actual price. 

There's only one way to avoid the Chinese information on the packages -- shipping from our overseas warehouses (US warehouses, Poland warehouse). Any packages shipped from China need to show origin place on custom labels during custom clearance.

List means products are prepared with details, like prices, shipping methods, etc. They can be listed to your store with a click.

Source refers to products from our cooperated factory. They do not have details, such as inventory, size, variants, weight, etc. We need to contact partners for them, then products will be updated to "Listable products".
Connect means the match between products in your store and the ones on our platform.

Yes, we can. Normally we will add 5%-15% of the extra price on the 1688 product price as margin and processing fee. Then, we will calculate the shipping cost by using our Shipping Calculator. Oversized products, also named light goods or measurement cargo, refer to large but lightweight packages. The actual weight and volumetric weight are different, so it will cause a difference in the shipping cost.

Basically, volumetric weight (KG) is generated by the formula: length* width* height (centimeter) / 6000.  

Maybe you have mistaken CJ as the supplier of all the products on our site which are provided by suppliers all over the world - most of them are from China. 

What CJ does is find different suppliers and different products and provide shipping services.

You can combine orders before payment when your customer places two or more orders and wants to receive them in one package to save shipping cost:
1. Select the orders you want to combine;
2. Check order information carefully;
3. Check it in Imported Orders.

1. Find the product and click "List";

3. Add tags and edit your store price based on CJ product and shipping cost;
