As a sole proprietor, you can receive payments from approved marketplaces, payment gateways and your own personal bank account.
If you're a business, you may receive incoming payments from approved marketplaces, payment service providers and your own bank account.
WorldFirst may occasionally request additional information before releasing a payment in order to protect your account against fraud. Supporting documents such as invoices or contracts may be required.
You can make free and instant payments to other WorldFirst customers.
- Click Payments and select Send & Withdraw
- Select Single Payee and World Account
- Enter the payee's World Account receiving ID, including the prefix WF
- Enter the optional payment reference and click Next
- Select your payment currency, enter the payment amount and click Next
- Confirm the payment using two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Review the payment details and select Submit
- View the completed payment under Statements
Payment speed depends on the currency, beneficiary's bank and country, and transaction size.
The following currency and destination combinations are usually processed within one business day:
