  • 1、What is the inventory level and how often do you replenish?

    You can find the inventory status on the product page. 

    Available CJ inventory suggests that the item can be dispatched from our warehouse right away after you make the payment, whereas 0 CJ inventory means that we’ll wait for the item to arrive from the supplier, before it can go through packaging and quality inspection, which might take approximately 3 days, in most cases. 

    In other words, sufficient CJ inventory means better time efficiency. 

  • 2、Can I combine orders for the same destination?

    Yes. 

    You can combine orders before payment when your customer places two or more orders and wants to receive them in one package to save shipping cost:
    1. Select the orders you want to combine;
    2. Check order information carefully;
    3. Check it in Imported Orders.

  • 3、It says "Email address can't be used for Paypal payment at this time".

    When your listing to eBay failed due to email address, please check:

    1. If you used the same email address for eBay and CJ;

    2. If your Paypal account is restricted or suspended.

    The reasons could be:

    1. Your Etsy store status is 'Draft';

    2. Language not enrolled;

    3. Authorization unavailable due to disconnection of CSHIP app;

    2. Check the shipping information > select your orders > click Add to Cart > click Submit > select a payment method and pay.
