How to Combine Orders on CJ for the Same Customer?
Order combination can be of great usage under such two situations as below: 1. You can combine orders before payment when one of your customers places two or more orders and wants to receive them in one package. 2. You can combine orders before payment when you yourself want to for convenience. Order combination can save shipping costs for you. However, if combined orders lead to an oversized package, you may need to pay an extra fee. There are two ways for you to combine order: Manual Combination and Automatic Combination. Here are the general steps if you do Manual Combination: 1. Select the orders with which you want to combine in Store Orders. Significantly, the awaiting-combined orders must be from the same store with the same shipping info. Otherwise, it will fail. 2. Read through order information, especially the packaging types and your order number. For packaging types, you can choose between following your package type in Connection and SKU List. The system will automatically identify your product packaging after combination. For your order number, the system will generate a new CJ order number, which only corresponds to one store order number (You can choose the store order number if you have connected your store to CJ). 3. Finally, click Combine, after which you can check the store order number under Orders > Store Orders > Imported. Check the combined order and add it to the cart. Automatically, the CJ order number would begin with the capital "HB". Note: a. You can view the order details before combination via an icon on the right of the order number. b. The tracking number may be only synced to one of the orders in your store. So, you need to upload the tracking number manually and mark it as fulfilled for other orders. Besides, We also support splitting the combined orders to what it was before if you change your mind. Here are the general steps if you do Automatic Combination: 1. Click Combine icon and choose Automatic Combination; 2. Turn Automatic Combination button ON; 3. Choose "Special Rules " - Shipping Methods Option and Package Type Option; 4. How to Transfer your Store from Old Account to New Account?
Store transfer is available on the CJ platform. You can transfer your connected store from your old CJ account (Account A) to your new account (Account B). Here are the general steps. 1. Log in Account A (Old Account) > Authorization > Transfer Store; 2. Fill in necessary information > Confirm; 3. Log in Account B (New Account) > Authorization > Transfer Store > Accept; 4. Email verification; 5. Transfer in Progress; 6. Check your store on your New account. Here are the specific steps. 1. Log in Account A (Old Account) > Authorization > Transfer Store. 2. Fill in necessary information > Confirm. Note: you cannot transfer the store that is deactivated. One store can be transferred once in 3 months. a. Please enter your User Name or Email in the "New Account" section. b. Verification Code will be sent to account A (Old Account). It will be expired in 10 minutes. Please check the spam folder if you do not find it in the mailbox. 3. Log in Account B (New Account) > Authorization > Transfer Store > Accept. 4. Email verification. For security and normal use of the account, there will be another email verification. After you click "Accept", there will be a window popping up for email verification. The code will also be sent to the email in your "Old Account" (Account A). It will be expired in 10 minutes. Please check the spam folder if you do not find it in the mailbox. 5. Transfer in Progress; The transfer status will be Transfer in Progress after your email verification. Please wait for the approval from us. Don't worry. 6.Check your store on your New account. Log in to your new account, you will see the store on your new account after we approve your transfer request. Note: There is another way for you to transfer if the store is brand new to your old CJ account, which means you never list any products from CJ to your store, connect your store products with CJ's or sync any orders to CJ to fulfill. How to Check CJ Order Status in Shopify?

Sync Order Status to Shopify After installation, please remember to log in with your CJ account and refresh the page to enable it. Then you will see the changes when you view your Shopify order list. Introduction of Order Status Now, we would like to introduce the possible status of your orders to you. New Orders in CJ: Orders are initially imported to CJ. CJ Received: Orders are added to your CJ dropshipping cart. Pending Payment: Orders need to be paid. Deleted: Unpaid orders have been canceled but still can be retrieved. Deleted Permanently: Canceled orders cannot be retrieved anymore. Wire Transferring: Payment through wire transfer has not been received. Paid: Payment for your orders has been received. Tracking numbers for your orders will be generated and updated in your Shopify store. Meanwhile, we are preparing for your orders. Refunded: Payment for your orders has been refunded. Pending Shipment: CJ is waiting for the arrival of the products from the supplier. Processing: CJ is searching and verifying for your orders in our warehouse. Dispatched: Packages have been shipped out already. Closed: Due delivery time of your packages has been passed for at least 7 days. Disputes on these orders will not be accepted. Update the Chrome Extension For customers who have already been using CJ Chrome Extension, you can do it manually if the update does not happen automatically. Here is the process: Step 1: Click "Manage Extensions" and find "CJDropshipping." Step 2: Turn on Developer mode and Click "Update." How to Fix the Orders Failing to Import to CJ?
Orders that failed to be synced will be found in Failed Orders . Below are the possible reasons and corresponding solutions. 1. Possible reasons: a. The product is not added to My Products. b. The variant's SKU is missing. c. SKU or Recipient information is missing or invalid when you try to import orders in excel. d. System Unknown Reason. e. Address incorrect: the City and Province are the same; Country cannot be found. 2. Possible solutions: a. Add the product to My Products. b. Modify the SKU in your Excel before importing again. c. Modify the information manually. d. Import again or contact your agent for help. e. Fill in the correct address: make the City and Province different, or delete one if it is not necessary; Country codes should be consistent with the system, for example, we use GB for Britain but not UK. 3. Specific procedures: You can click the icon to manage the failed orders on the Orders page. The reasons and solutions for failed orders will be outlined on the Failed Orders page. a. The product is not added to My Products.. You can click the Add to My Products in green to update the order. b. The variant's SKU is missing. In this case, the order will not be imported even when the product has already been added to your SKU List. Please ensure that the corresponding variant's SKU is added in the Excel to avoid such errors. For example, instead of entering the SKU without selecting the variant (even when there is only one variant): Please enter the full SKU of the corresponding variant, after selecting all the attributes such as color, style, etc. And Import Excel again. c. SKU or Recipient information is missing or invalid. If you find the notification shows 'Excel Data Error', please click the Modify button to complete the information and then click Update. Then you can find it in Orders and add it to the Orders Picking to fulfill the order. d. System Unknown Reason. If you find the reason shows System Unknown Reason, please click 'Update'. How to Connect Your Temu Local Store to CJ?

Once authorization is complete, you can use CJ to list products and fulfill orders for your Temu Local Store. Steps to Connect Step 1: Operate in Temu Local Store Seller Center. Log in to your Temu Seller Central. Go to App and Services > App Store, search for CJ App, and click Authorize. Select all permissions, choose one year for authorization validity, and check Agree to the Terms before submitting. Once the access token is generated, click copy icon and go to the CJ page. Step 2: Operate in CJ Page Log in to your CJ account and go to Store Authorization > Temu US Local > Add Local Store. Make sure to select Temu Local Store. Fill in your store name and paste the token copied from Temu Seller Central. Click Save. Once submitted successfully, you will see your authorized store listed. How to Fix the Critical Error in WordPress
This tutorial aims to teach you how to fix critical errors in WordPress. The critical error message itself is not very useful for finding the cause of the problem and fixing it. Fortunately, WordPress also sends an email to your site's admin email address. Many WordPress sites now have issues sending emails, so you may not receive this important email notification. If you are one of these users, don't worry. We'll show you how to fix critical errors without email. On the other hand, if you do receive an email notification for a technical WordPress issue, then we'll show you how to understand it and use it to restore your site. Method 1: Fix Critical Errors with WordPress Debug Emails Method 2: Manually Fix Critical Errors in WordPress 1. Fix Critical Errors with WordPress Debug Emails First, you need to access the inbox of the email address you use as your WordPress admin email on your website. Not sure which email address you use as your admin email? This is the email address you provided when you installed WordPress. In your inbox, you'll see an email with the subject "Your site is experiencing technical problems. " In it, you will find more useful information on what causes serious errors on your WordPress site. For example, in the screenshot below, you can see that the critical error was caused by a WordPress theme on our test site. The email also includes a special link that allows you to log into the WordPress website in recovery mode to fix and investigate the problem. At the bottom of the email, you'll see more details about the error, including the specific file and code that triggered it. In the example below, some code on line 614 in our theme's functions.php file is responsible for triggering the error. Here is another example that shows error details caused by a malfunctioning WordPress plugin. Now you just need to click on the link for WordPress Recovery Mode, which will take you to your WordPress admin area. You will be asked to log in to continue. After logging in, you will see a notification informing you about the critical error, what caused the error, and a link to where to fix the error. For example, the screenshot below notifies us of a critical error caused by the plugin with a link to the plugin's page. Now if you click on that link, it will show you the misbehaving plugin. It also shows you exactly which line of code caused the error. You can go ahead and disable the plugin now. Then you can simply find an alternative WordPress plugin, or see if you can get support from the plugin developer. Again, if the question is about your topic, you'll see a link to the Topics page. At the bottom of the page, you can see the topic causing the problem. In most cases, your WordPress site will now start working fine. However, if you are still seeing critical errors in WordPress, then you can try the troubleshooting steps in the next step. 2. Manually fix critical errors in WordPress If you don't receive the WordPress critical issue notification email, here are some ways you can troubleshoot and fix critical errors in WordPress. If the error was caused by a recent action you took, you can simply undo the action and the problem will be resolved. For example, if you installed a new plugin and activating it caused a critical error, then you need to deactivate the plugin (we'll show you how to do this in the first step below). On the other hand, if you are not sure, then you can just follow the steps below. a. Disable all WordPress plugins The easiest way to disable a faulty WordPress plugin is to deactivate it. However, due to a critical error, you do not have access to the admin area and do not know which plugin to deactivate. To fix this, we will deactivate all WordPress plugins. Don't worry, once you have access to your WordPress admin area, you can easily reactivate them. Simply connect to your WordPress site using an FTP client or the file manager app in your WordPress hosting control panel. Once connected, you need to navigate to the /wp-content/ folder. Inside the wp-content folder, you will see a folder called "plugins". You need to right-click on it and select the "Rename" option. Next, change the name of the plugins folder to whatever you like. In our example, we'll call it "plugins.deactivate". After doing this, all your plugins will be disabled. Basically, WordPress looks in the plugins folder to load activated plugins on your website. When it can't find the plugins folder, it can't activate plugins at all and automatically sets them to deactivate. You can now visit your website to see if the critical error message has disappeared. Note: Don't forget to rename the plugins.deactivated folder back to "plugins", whether or not the critical bug has been resolved. WordPress will then recognize the folder and you will be able to reactivate them one by one from the WordPress dashboard so you can determine which folder is causing the critical error. b. Switch to the default theme The next step in fixing the critical error is to switch the WordPress theme to the default one. If it is caused by some code in the current WordPress theme, this will fix the critical error problem. Just go to the WordPress.org theme directory and download a fresh copy of the official default theme for 2020 or 2021. Next, you need to extract the theme files to your computer. This will create a folder with the subject name on your computer. Now you need to connect to your WordPress site using an FTP client or the file manager application in your hosting control panel. Once connected, navigate to the /wp-content/themes folder and you will see a list of all the themes installed on the site. Go ahead and download them all to your computer as a backup. After that, you need to delete all theme folders from your website. Your WordPress site does not have a theme installed right now. To fix this, go ahead and upload the default theme folder you downloaded earlier. Once done, you can try to visit your website. If the critical error was caused by your WordPress theme, it should now be gone and you will be able to access your website. c. Reinstall WordPress Corrupted WordPress core files or malware can also trigger critical bugs in WordPress. The easiest way to fix this is to reinstall WordPress. Just go to WordPress.org and download a fresh copy of WordPress to your computer. After downloading the file, you need to extract it to your computer. This will create a folder called "WordPress" with all the files needed for reinstallation. Next, you need to connect to your WordPress site using an FTP client or the file manager application in your hosting control panel. Once connected, you need to navigate to the root folder of the website. The root folder is the folder that contains the wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes and wp-admin folders. Now select WordPress the files in the folder and upload them to your website. Your FTP client will ask you if you want to overwrite these files or skip them. You need to select "Override" and check the box next to the "Always use this action" option. Click the "OK" button to continue. Your FTP client will now replace all core WordPress files with fresh copies on your computer. Once done, you can try visiting your website and see if that resolves the error.
