For Shopify sellers, it's available to sync the tracking numbers to stores, while order status would change automatically. If you have set the shipping confirmation notification, the tracking numbers will be sent to your customers with a link. If you have connected your store with CJ, the tracking URL with tracking numbers synced to your store is based on cjpacket.com or 17track.net. But CJ offers the option of changing the tracking URL in the order details and shipping emails. The general steps are: 1. Go to Authorization > Action; 2. Choose one default tracking URL; There are two tracking URLs from which you can choose: cjpacket.com or 17track.net. You can select either one, after which the tracking URL or the tracking number will be synced as you choose. 3. Or add your own tracking URL. To satisfy customers' demands, it's also possible to add your own tracking link. But you should notice that the tracking numbers may not be inserted with the link if you add your own one or the 3rd party's. The reason should be product connection between your store and our platform, so you need to connect the products in your orders to process them. Search products both in your store and on our platform. 3. Select product > Connect. 4. Update the order > Check it in Orders. Note: It is important to connect the correct variant of the order which you could tell from the Variant ID of your product. Find the product you want and click 'List' on the product page. 3. Tick all the variants and complete the options. a. Select the listing site (can be found on eBay's Seller Hub > Overview) of your eBay store. The currency type of the product price will be updated according to the listing site selected. b. Please make sure the total quantity of the product listed does not exceed the listing limit on eBay as products will be removed once the inventory runs out. Click here to get more information about the listing limit (quota) on eBay. c. Fill in the UPC/EAN code (if required). The UPC/EAN code is dynamically generated by eBay upon product category. How to Let CJ Manage Your Inventory on Shopify?

In this way, even though you use another third-party platform as your product inventory manager at first, CJ can still fulfill orders and synchronize the tracking numbers. Basically, we will become the inventory manager of your products on Shopify automatically when you make the product connection, and it will be more convenient for you to have control over the inventory status of CJ and arrange your business. When you find out the inventory is not synced or tracked, please do the following steps to allow CJ to manage your inventory. Here are the main steps: 1. List and find the product in your store; 2. How to Sync CJ's Inventory Levels to Your Shopify Store?

There are 2 steps to sync the inventory: 1. Go to Authorization, and enable "Inventory Sync". 2. Go to Products > Store Products, and enable "CJ Fulfillment". Enable "Inventory Sync" Note: (1) To use "CJ Fulfillment" for a single product, you must enable "inventory sync" first. Otherwise, it won't work. (2) If the inventory sync failed, check to see if it's because you haven't uploaded any variants to your store or there are no SKUs for your product's variants. In this situation, you may add variants and then fill with SKUs. After that, you can sync your products on CJ again and follow the procedures we provided above. Select products and add them to My Products; 2. Select products and edit prices; 3. Finish detailed settings after clicking "Manual Listing"; 4. (Optional) Set up a listing template to save time; 5. Click "Confirm" to start listing; 6. Check the items on the "Listing Records" page. ● Specific steps to list products in bulk: Step 1: Select the products you want to sell from the search results or categories and click 'Add to My Products'; then the number of products selected will show under the 'My Products' button. Step 2: Click 'My Products' to select the products you are going to list to your store; You can list the products in bulk by clicking "Manual Listing" or "Template Listing". Step 3: For multiple platform sellers or WooCommerce/TikTok cross-border shop owners, you can"click "Manual Listing" > "All Platforms" to select stores and edit product prices to list in bulk. Notice: You need to verify your email before enabling MFA authentication. Here are the steps: 1. Download the Google Authenticator app. 2. Enable MFA on your profile > Account Security. 3. Activating MFA. 4. Logging in with MFA. 1. Download the Google Authenticator by searching 'Google Authenticator' in the app store or scanning the QR code below. 2. Enable MFA Verification. Simply, go to Profile > Account Security > MFA Verification > Enable. 3. Activate MFA verification by entering the code from your Google Authenticator. 4. Once MFA is activated, a 6-digit code will be required from your Google Authenticator after entering your username and password. The code will change every 30 seconds.
