Charge and Withdraw Cash in CJ Wallet

In some situations, CJ may have to charge you an extra fee for product or shipping. When it refers to the product, the reason should come from the product cost or weight increase, which are mainly caused by the changes of the factory. When it comes to shipping, the extra shipping fee will be related to the change of shipping method or the charging standards of shipping couriers. It means we have to charge an extra shipping fee when the product is oversized. The Common WooCommerce Store Issues and Solutions
WooCommerce is one of the most important cooperated platforms, and WooCommerce customers are highly valued on CJ. But sometimes WoomCommerce issues arise one after another and make you confused and crazy. Given that, we offer references for you about a series of common WooCommerce issues. Three parts are concluded: 1. Authorization issue; 2. Listing issue; 3. Order syncing issue; 1. Authorization issue; (1) The "www" cannot be missed if it is part of your domain name. You must put it on when you are authorizing your Woocomerce store. But it is not necessary if your website domain doesn't begin with "www". "https://" must be removed. (2) Read/Write permission is incredibly important. You are supposed to give read and write permission to CJ. And CJ will offer better service for you. You need to visit the CJ system and reconnect if you only allow single Read or Write permission. (3) Correct "key" and "secret" are necessary. Sometimes, you got the "Authorize Failed" information. Simply, you fill in the wrong "key" and "secret". Please double-check it. (4) Only HTTPS is supported. When authorizing the store, it will first visit the web which begins with "https", so it is recommended to upgrade the site to "https". (5) Incorrect URL or "Plain" permalink. You need to use the right URL on WooCommerce. Click Settings > Permalinks > Common Settings. Then choose a new one. It always works. Plain is a default setting and you need to change to others. 2. Listing issue. (1) "Invalid or duplicated SKU" Issue/"UGS non valide ou dupliqué". Normally, it is out of the existing products in your store. They share the same SKU. Please check if the product is existing or not, you can choose to delete or keep it. (2) Too Many Variants. You may list failed if you choose too many variants. You can choose a few variants and list them to your store. Then, edit them in your store. (3) "Sorry, you cannot list resources." It's because you deleted the API from your WooCommerce admin and we can't access your store. You can reauthorize your store to solve the problem. (4) "Please ensure there is enough space in your WooCommerce media library before listing again." Please check if it's possible to increase the memory of your media library. (5) "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions." Please refer to this tutorial. (6) Rest API Access Fails with 404 (Access wp-json). (7) “Invalid image: Specified file failed upload test.” Or Create platform product failed [#18 is an invalid image ID.] Please try to change the host server in WooCommerce. (8) 403/443 failed to respond. Please refer to this tutorial. 3.Order syncing issue; The most common issue comes when you start to sync orders. You may have orders on the WooCommerce store, but you cannot find the same order on CJ. We have solutions for it. Please do exactly as follows: (1) Check if you have authorized the right store or not. We cannot sync your orders if you don't authorize your store to CJ. After authorization, CJ can move on and sync orders. (2) Check if the products have been connected to CJ or not. Only by having a connection with CJ can we fulfill the products and orders. (3) Check if your orders are available to be fulfilled. Orders should be processing and with Shipping address. Otherwise, you are supposed to change the order status on WooCommerce. Why Can't I Receive Verification Code? (Gmail Users)
If you have registered with a Gmail account, you might be a bit confused when you cannot find the verification code in your inbox. Here's what you need to do in case you don't wanna miss any system emails such as verification code, product price/attribute change, sourcing results, and so forth from CJ in the future. 1. Click drop-down menu; 2. Copy CJ support email address; 3. Create filter. Detailed steps: 1. Click on the drop-down menu at the top. 2. Copy and paste noreply@cjdropshipping.com, rep@cjdropshipping.com, and support@cjdropshipping.com in case of missing any reply from customer support in 'From', and click 'Create Filter'. 3. Choose 'Never send it to Spam' and click 'Create Filter.' Note: Please check your registration email address at your profile. How to Transfer My Products from Aliexpress to My CJ Account?

Tracking Orders on WooCommerce by Shipment Tracking
Tracking your orders is not easy if you have many orders. The Advanced Shipment Tracking extension provides customers with an easy way to track shipments by adding a link to emails and order pages. Once you installed the plugin, tracking numbers from CJ will be automatically synced to WooCommerce. Here are the general steps: 1. Go to WooCommerce > Plugins > Add New; 2. How to Sync Tracking Numbers?
For orders in Store Orders, there is a checkbox for you to choose to upload tracking numbers before or after dispatch and to sync default/local tracking numbers after selecting a store first. Note: the order tracking will be applied only to the store you selected at the start. Here we will make an explanation for these options. 1. Sync Before Dispatching; 2. Sync After Dispatching; 3. Sync Default Tracking Number; 4. Sync Local Tracking Number. 1. Sync Before Dispatching It refers to that the tracking number will be synced to your stores before orders are dispatched. Pros: a. It will show up on your Shopify store. Then, the order will be marked as fulfilled quickly. It will impress your customers with your efficiency. b. You can choose Sync Before Dispatching if you need a priority to provide a tracking number, Cons: We will process your order after you pay efficiently. We can ship your package out on the same day when we are in stock. However, for some products, there is not enough inventory in our warehouse, so we need to ship them from factories. It may take 2-4 days for us to receive the goods and send them out. That is to say, your customer may receive the mail with a tracking number already since the tracking number has been synchronized to your store, but the tracking number does not have tracking information as the packages have not been shipped out. Advice: You can choose Sync Before Dispatching if you buy private inventory in our warehouse, and you want to give priority to the synchronous tracking numbers. 2. Sync After Dispatching It means that the tracking number will be synced into your stores after orders are dispatched. Pros: The tracking number will be synchronized to your store until we send out the real package. Then CJ will trigger the email to remind your customer. It can avoid complaints from your customers for the unless tracking numbers as they think. Cons: a. There is no tracking number synchronized to your shop until the package is sent out. It is difficult for the customers to know whether the order has been paid out or not. b. The order will be marked as unfulfilled for a long time, which will increase the cancellation and refund risks from your customers. Advice: You can choose to synchronize the tracking number to reduce customers' complaints, and the time depends on the payment time of each order. Meanwhile, you can edit the content of emails and send emails to your customers. For example, the tracking information may be delayed as the logistics company needs time to process orders. Please wait patiently! You can set up your email template here. 3. Sync Default Tracking Number The system will sync local tracking numbers except for CJPacket Ordinary and CJPacket Sensitive. Orders shipped through the two methods will sync the tracking number starting with “CJP”. 4.
