  • 51、Why are my Shopify orders not synced to CJ?

    First, you need to understand that a Shopify order can only be synced to CJ when: 
    a. The order is paid.
    b. The order is placed within 7 days.
    c. The order is unfulfilled on any other platforms.


    There are three ways to fix the problem generally:
    1. Make sure the order is ready to be synced.
    2. Make sure your products are correctly connected.
    3. "Sync Store Orders" Manually.

    General steps are:

    1. Go to My CJ > Purchase List Add Purchase;

    2. Select your ideal product > click 'Buy Now' > Add to cart;

    3. Submit your order in the cart;

    4. Fill in all the required information and pay;

    5. Check the order status in Purchase List.

    1. Find your ideal product on the home page;

    2. Go 'Preorder Inventory' section and click 'Preorder Inventory';

    3. Select a warehouse;

    4. Submit your order and pay;

    5. Check the inventory status.

  • 55、Why can't I select the country when listing the product?

    Please be reminded that products in our overseas warehouses can only be delivered to domestic customers. 

    For instance, if your customer is in France, only products from warehouses in France and China can be chosen. 

  • 56、Where can I see the tracking number of my wholesale orders?

    Simply, please go to My CJ > Purchase List and find the tracking number, or click "View Details" to track this order.  


  • 57、How to know where my orders are shipped from?

    There are three ways to find out:

    1. Check the available warehouse on the CJ: My CJ > Products > Connection > Shipping From; 

    2. When you list products, the warehouse you choose is where the order will be shipped from;

    3. After orders are synced on the CJ platform, you can check and modify the warehouses in  My CJ > Imported Orders > Action > Edit Address.


    Note: Most of the orders are shipped from China if you don't have inventory in our overseas warehouses. If you purchase the local suppliers' products, then your order will be shipped directly by the local suppliers from other countries.

  • 58、Can I add a product to an imported order?

    1. If the order hasn't been paid, you can create a new order for the product and combine these two orders to be one.

    2. If the order has been paid, you need to open a dispute to cancel the order and palce a new order.


  • 59、What is order status on CJ?

    Below are the six types of status ofOrders Fulfillment:

    1. Awaiting payment.

    2. Pending.

    3. Processing.

    4. Dispatched.

    5. Completed.

    6. Closed.
